Delivery & Returns


Shipping is FREE to the Baltics and WORLDWIDE (on orders above 40 Eur). After the payment is received, the goods are sent within 1-2 days.

Delivery of the goods:

BALTICS: Estimated delivery time 1-2 business days

EUROPEAN UNION: Estimated delivery time 1-5 business days

REST OF THE WORLD: Estimated delivery time is up to 30 business days

The orders are being sent using courier services and the tracking numbers are provided when the order is shipped.

When receiving the order – please check the packaging for any damage. If you notice, that the packaging is damaged, check if the goods inside are not damaged. In the event where the goods would be damaged, do not receive the order and on the invoice or delivery note mark that the goods are damaged and please let us know about the event asap via email: After signing invoice or the delivery note you agree that the goods are delivered properly.


We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases (including reduced items) within 30 days of receipt.

Wrong address, non-received items and returns 

We are not responsible if the goods are not received due to the address provided being wrong. If the order is returned to us in such case, we will charge you the actual shipping costs inquired by us and credit you the remaining balance of the order. We will contact you if such case would happen.

Taxes and duties

Customers outside the European Union are responsible for paying all the taxes: import duties, clearance fees, or other fees applied by the authorities during the transport of your order.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information and documentation needed by customs in buyer’s country are provided properly and in a correct form.

Prices and Currencies

Prices shown and final invoices will be in Euro (EUR) for all the shipping countries. Your credit card will also be charged in Euro (EUR).
